Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Deepen Your Knowledge, Transform Your Teachings

The traditional path to become a yoga teacher includes 200 hours of training. You can extend your education with an additional 300 hours to receive your Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification. You can complete the initial 200 hours and 300 advanced hours back to back and apply to Yoga Alliance for your 500 hours designation.

Our Advanced Training is a hybrid design, with twelve, 25-hour training sessions. Each one contains techniques and practice, teaching methodology, and practicum. Upon completion of all 12, you receive your 300 hour certificate.

If you wish to delve deeper into certain topics and expand your knowledge, you may do that through this training. You will grow your knowledge as a teacher, which you can share with your students.

Or maybe your dream is to open your own yoga school. If you envision this path, you may complete our 300-hour Advanced Training program to help you receive the proper certification and take your first steps toward achieving that dream.

You can start with any topic you’d like, but we recommend the following sequence.
