The traditional path to become a yoga teacher includes 200 hours of training. You can extend your education with an additional 300 hours to receive your Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification. You can complete the initial 200 hours and 300 advanced hours back to back and apply to Yoga Alliance for your 500 hours designation.
Our Advanced Training is a hybrid design, with twelve, 25-hour training sessions. Each one contains techniques and practice, teaching methodology, and practicum. Upon completion of all 12, you receive your 300 hour certificate.
If you wish to delve deeper into certain topics and expand your knowledge, you may do that through this training. You will grow your knowledge as a teacher, which you can share with your students.
Or maybe your dream is to open your own yoga school. If you envision this path, you may complete our 300-hour Advanced Training program to help you receive the proper certification and take your first steps toward achieving that dream.
You can start with any topic you’d like, but we recommend the following sequence.

Though I certainly expected to make some lifelong friends during my first ever 200-hour YTT, I was not expecting one of those lifelong friends to be my teacher necessarily! Michelle holds space in a non-judgmental way, opening her heart to each and every unique individual. Her ability to intuit the energy of the room is truly magical, and she was always able to sense what the class may need. Not only does she have a deep knowledge of yogic philosophy and practice, but she is also an adept teacher. Michelle makes learning interactive and engaging, leaving students with the skills and knowledge they need to become safe and professional yoga teachers. Michelle facilitated life-changing ceremonies and came to the mat each day with joy, laughter, and love. She is my mentor, and also my friend and I'm so grateful her teaching guided me on my own path to yoga teaching.
I can attest to the multifaceted benefits of Thai Yoga Massage and Christie Ann Rochette expertly and compassionately caters to your body’s specific needs. I just had mine today (11/16/2022) and it was amazing. How amazing? I drove through our first snowstorm from Berlin, NH! Yeah, Christie’s that good!
I've been taking Molly's classes since 2017 and I still remember the first time. When I say life-changing, I mean it. She is a whole vibe; she is a one of a kind human. It's kind of hard to explain, but once you meet her you will understand! I have been thinking about doing teacher training for years now and the few times I considered it, it just didn't feel right or didn't work out for some reason. Now, this YTT with Molly, I will NOT pass up and the timing is just perfect. I feel like it's just meant to be. That's kind of how you feel in Molly's classes - like you're meant to be; like you're on the right path. She is an amazing teacher and friend and I can't wait to learn even more from her.
