Welcome to Module 3!

In this module we explore Vinyasa Krama which the practice of sequencing a flow. We want you to start taking a more intentional approach to your at-home yoga practice and this will really help with your sequencing. Start noticing what poses feel good together, what your natural preferences are for linking poses together and what sort of poses you like to prep the body.

In addition, we will cover assists/adjustments and some more anatomy, philosophy and teaching skills.
