A message from Andie:
I’ve been leading trainings for the better part of a decade and each time the experience feels brand new. This training will be the 11th cohort of yogis that I have lead and I am so excited to start this process with you. My style of teaching is very playful but it’s backed by years of deep study and exploration of yoga philosophy, anatomy, kinesiology, history and so much more.
