Q: What if I can’t attend all of the classes?
A: While we encourage participants to attend as many classes as possible, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way. If you are unable to attend a class, we offer alternative classes as part of our regular class schedule or ones that can be done at home or on your own time through our OnDemand platform.
Q: What type of nutrition coaching is included in the program?
A: We offer guidance to help you make healthy choices that support your goals by offering meal ideas, tips, and accountability coaching.
Q: What if I don’t feel comfortable in a group setting?
A: We understand that some people prefer one-on-one coaching or may not feel comfortable in a group setting. We offer individualized coaching sessions in addition to classes and workshops to ensure that you receive the support you need in a way that works for you.
Q: How much weight can I expect to lose?
A: While weight loss is a common goal for many of our participants, we do not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss. Our program focuses on a holistic approach that includes nutrition, yoga, and mindset coaching, which can result in improved overall health and wellness. We believe that real transformational change happens on the inside.
Q: What happens after the 4-week program ends?
A: Our goal is to provide you with the tools and mindset needed to achieve long-term success. After the program ends, we can offer continued coaching and support to help you maintain your progress and achieve your ongoing goals with other coaching programs or by becoming a studio member.

Q: What’s the weekly time commitment for this program?
A: We designed this program with you in mind. Ultimately, we recommend at least three yoga sessions per week and an additional 1-2 hours for weekly food prep/food logging.
