Myth, Mantra, and Meditation



As the late great Joseph Campbell states: Myth allows man to be in accord with nature. And the mythology of yoga is rich in stories that help us do just that. These stories take us beyond the pose and help us find the why- deeply rooted in the origins of myth and passed down through generations. We explore the great myths of yoga through movement, mantra, and meditation and find inspiration through these practices to embody stories both in and off the mat. Through this exploration, we find our voice as storytellers and keepers of the epic, ancient tales.
