Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra



In this training, we will explore Restorative Yoga as a calming, supportive practice using blankets, bolsters, and yoga straps to safely guide the body into relaxation and promote ease. Then we will deepen the restoration with Yoga Nidra, learning how to use these practices in the studio and for our own deep healing. You will learn techniques that guide you and others through the subconscious and unconscious into yogic sleep.

This training can count as Yoga Alliance continuing education credits or can be used to complete our 300-hour Advanced YTT.
