In yoga practices, arm balances and inversions are used to assist the yogi in shifting their perspective. We use theming, breath, and focus as building blocks to add elements of this playful movement to your practice and teaching. You will learn how to sequence and teach these elements in both a workshop and vinyasa practice setting. We recommend taking Shakti Flow Sequencing prior to this training.
This training can count as Yoga Alliance continuing education credits or can be used to complete our 300-hour Advanced YTT.
