At Shakti Yoga Academy we believe in using bhakti, innovation, playfulness, and inquiry to inform our sequencing. You will learn the structure of the Shakti Flow method and how to sequence in a heart-centered and creative way.

This training can count as Yoga Alliance continuing education credits or can be used to complete our 300-hour Advanced YTT.
