In this training, you’ll learn how to create a class flow and sequence around a theme. We use the bhakti practices of story-telling, poetry, and music to infuse the theme throughout the practice.
We recommend taking Shakti Flow Sequencing prior to this training or completing our 200-hour YTT.

This training can count as Yoga Alliance continuing education credits or can be used to complete our 300-hour Advanced YTT.
