Meet Michelle Font, Lead Trainer

I’m one happy (bilingual) human & my name is Michelle (a.k.a. Meeshie, Meesh, Mich, or any other name inspired by our connection.) My spiritual name is Dhyan Tejdeep Kaur which translates to “the Princess/Lioness who projects a radiant and powerful aura, filled with God’s splendid glory and light, through practicing perfect meditation.” In a nutshell, I am dedicated to serving others and contributing to the alignment of our collective highest good.

In 2020 I was blessed with an experience that I never knew would impact my life so much; my first 200hr YTT, in Hawaii with some of the most magical facilitators/humans I’ve ever met! This training was the last in-person training of 2020, before the big global shift… and where I felt the spark of purpose ignite within me to continue along the yogic path.

With over 20 years of teaching a variety of subjects to diverse individuals, it all finally made sense to me. “To have a bigger impact on this earth I must teach and be a student of the teachers.”  I’m now a 500RYT, E-RYT 200, and officially YACEP!

I have taught 1400+ hrs through hot yoga studio classes  (Hatha, vinyasa, and vinyasa), community yoga programs, outdoor yoga/sound fusions, chair yoga at senior centers, moon phase & cacao ceremonies, private lessons, Kundalini, Yin, meditation, Japa-Mala workshops, and my FAVORITE as a facilitator for Yoga Teacher Training!

The courses I’ve taken and taught serve more than the purpose of giving me teaching credentials, they’ve all helped me in my healing process and allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of who I am, at my core, to better serve others from a place of depth and authenticity.

I look forward to guiding, leading, teaching, and learning from you, with an abundance of love and understanding.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am a beginner, can I still take this course?
Absolutely. This course is designed to meet you where you are. It
is a great way to immerse yourself in the yoga practices.

Do I have to teach if I take this course?
You do not. Many people take the course to develop a deeper knowledge of the yoga practices. However, if you wish to receive a certificate, you will have to complete the practicum teaching requirement.

How long does the training take?
On average, our participants complete this training in 7-8 months. However, because it is self-paced, you may go more quickly or slowly as needed. It’s best to try and finish within a year.

Where can I teach once I receive my certificate?
Because we are a Registered Yoga School, you can teach at any studio, gym or fitness center that may want a Vinyasa Flow or Power Vinyasa teacher.
