Linking the Beginning and Ending Poses

Assignment:

  1. Given a beginning pose and an ending pose, come up with creative ways to link them together using 2-3 poses of your choice between the first and last pose given. Write down the sequence you chose for each set of poses. Submit in document form.
  2. Choose two from the list below and submit a video recording of you teaching these mini-sequences.
