1. Read in manual the Mantra section page 75 and 76
2. Write your thoughts on mantra – what it is, what it isn’t.
3. Listen to Ganesha and Personal Mantra.
Think about words or phrases that you live by and write some examples… what keeps you going? What excites you? Now start to develop your Personal mantra. It can be just a few keywords that define what you’re about on or off the mat.
Once you have your mantra, submit an audio recording of what it is and why it’s important to you.
