Create a vision board for your yoga training journey and set an intention for this process. Be clear with your intention and consider focusing on that intention in your daily meditations.
For your vision board, let yourself have fun and get crafty. It can be a one-page insert into your journal, a canvas, a posterboard, whatever is accessible for you.
