2. Assignment
a. Prepare a video that identifies gluteus medius & demonstrate two poses- one that contracts the gluteus medius and one that lengthens/stretches it.
b. Prepare a video that identifies Latissimus Dorsi & demonstrate two poses- one that contracts the gluteus medius and one that lengthens/stretches it.
