A Virtual Learning Experience

When you are ready to begin your teacher training, we welcome you on this journey, where we teach our 200-hour program virtually online. Through a multidisciplinary approach that focuses on Vinyasa and Bhakti yoga, you will complete seven modules of content over seven weekends.

  • Pranayama practices
  • History, philosophy and mythology
  • Anatomy and alignment
  • How to sequence a class and weave a theme
  • How to schedule clients, best practices, obtaining new clients and setting up workshops

Meet Olivia Hood, Lead Trainer

I am Liv and I am the Founder of Liv Well. I am now the Lead Trainer for Liv Well Yoga Teacher Training with Everlimitless. I have been teaching yoga, learning yoga, and practicing yoga for years, however, this is my first time leading a yoga teacher training program. I am a 500-hour RYT.

My style of teaching is very energetic and challenging to ensure you feel successful and accomplished in each class. I have studied the philosophy of yoga for years and intentionally ensure its inclusion in every practice. I look forward to connecting with you and voyaging on this journey, together!

I am a beginner, can I still take this course?
Absolutely. This course is designed to meet you where you are. It
is a great way to immerse yourself in the yoga practices.

Do I have to teach if I take this course?
You do not. Many people take the course to develop a deeper knowledge of the yoga practices. However, if you wish to receive a certificate, you will have to complete the practicum teaching requirement.

Where can I teach once I receive my certificate?
Because we are a Registered Yoga School, you can teach at any studio, gym or fitness center that may want a Vinyasa Flow or Power Vinyasa teacher.
