Hello! I’m Tracy.
This will be my first time leading a teacher training program. I have been practicing for 20 years, and teaching for several. I am a 500hr RYT and 200hr CMT (Certified Meditation Teacher) with a background in holistic wellness and coaching. I am guided by the mantra “Be the Change”.
My personal style of teaching is intentionally quiet and gentle, to allow you to be mindfully present. I enjoy a personal practice of Kundalini and Hatha which are sometimes incorporated into my classes that are a blend of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative. I love connecting the body to the breath, and I’m sure to include a little Pranayama and guided Meditation in every class. Be prepared to warm up, slow down, breathe, release, let go, and embrace.
