Hi, I’m Andie and I am the Founder, Curriculum Director and Lead Trainer for Shakti Yoga Academy & Everlimitless.

I’ve been leading trainings for years and each time the experience feels brand new. This training will be the 11th cohort of yogis that I have lead and I am so excited to start this process with you. I am certified as a 500-hour E-RYT with an emphasis on the Vinyasa movement methods and Bhakti pathways.

My style of teaching is very playful but it’s backed by years of deep study and exploration of yoga philosophy. I spent many years of my life as a dancer so I love the flow of movement, sequencing and anatomy of the yoga practice. I look forward to everything we will learn from one another.

Meg

Hi, I’m Meg! I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018, drawn to the quiet, powerful way it connects us– sometimes without a single word. What lights me up most is holding space where people can feel free inside their bodies. In each class I offer. I intertwine personal stories, mythology and meaningful readings to create a container for self-reflection and transformation.
I believe yoga is not abut performing poses but about coming home to yourself– moment by moment, breath by breath. Whether in class or a teacher training, I hope to create a space where you feel safe to explore, to feel deep, and to trust the journey that’s uniquely yours.
