In this class you will get a chance to explore your body on the mat, and find ease through each posture. You will experience a Vinyasa-styled flow that moves at a steady pace giving you a moment in each shape to find what works best for you. This also allows you to build a strong foundation for future practices.
You will move through twists and balance poses that give you the opportunity to tap into a deep part of yourself. Modifications are offered, so, if you feel a pose is not serving you during the class, you are still able to experience the posture with the help of a prop.
