This class takes you through the fundamental approach of the yoga practice. You will find yourself sinking deeper into poses working through the alignment form and actions that will give you the knowledge to keep your body safe.

Throughout this practice you will be encouraged to find ways to move your body that feel good and nourishing to you. You will be offered the use of props if they are available to you.
