In this practice you will start with some Vinyasa-styled movement that will allow you to move energy through your body making space for stillness in the last half of class. The use of props are strongly encouraged to find relaxation and aid in comfort during the Yoga Nidra portion.

You will be guided through Yoga Nidra in a ritualistic manner staying true to the foundation of the Nidra practice. If at any time you feel the need to stop or take a break, you are encouraged to do what feels best and most safe for your body and mind.
