This practice is geared towards mobility, strength and range of motion around the hip joints, legs and feet. This is a Vinyasa, functional movement, and strengthening-inspired flow.

We will tap into strengthening the muscles around the joint and in the glutes. Props are encouraged during this practice to aid in finding the safest and most comfortable position for your body.
