This power flow class is an all levels Vinyasa-inspired class that focuses on balance, strength, endurance and flexibility while providing stress relief through mindfulness and breath work. You will explore your own pathways on your mat and the lessons you glean can be taken into your daily life. The use of props is always welcome and recommended if you have any postures that you will need an assist in.
